We want people to feel empowered and learn the craft of cooking nose to tail in their own kitchen at home. We want a culture where we understand how food is nourished and harvested, celebrating its nuance and diverse nature.

The cows will continue to be managed in a way that respects their highest needs, and will act as an ecological tool to build soil health and diversity. The beautiful gift from that is outstanding beef, but this will be secondary to the primary goal of responsible land stewardship.

Workshops & Events
A huge part of Feorh will be about education and time spent on the farm together. We want Feorh to facilitate a shared responsibility between farmer, customer and land.
We want to offer people an experience that lasts the whole year and deepens a connection to their roots. To facilitate that development over the course of 12 months we will provide each patron with a side of beef. It will be divided into monthly boxes and be accompanied with; follow along video recipes, farm tours; access to farm events and butchery courses.
We believe the uncertainty around cooking nose to tail is partly due to the severed connection between natural systems and humans. We believe what we offer can create the sense of community and shared experience to rekindle such a sacred relationship.
