What we’re producing on the land

Beef

We use the native sussex bread cattle to graze and develop our pasture, and as a byproduct of that, we also produce some incredible quality beef.

Lamb

Often referred to as the best homestead animals, sheep are incredible species to incorporate.

Vegetables

A variety of vegetables, nuts and perennial fruits (coming soon). We want to create a mosaic of species by ensuring we have a wide variety of habitats.
